If your employer or attorney has referred you to WorkMed California, here is what to expect.

Appointments Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific.
Bring
Photo ID, your claim number if you have it, a list of your current medications, and any imaging or records you have been given.
